Terms of Service

Agreement

By using TripMind (tripmin.app), operated by Ashutosh Bhandari, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use TripMind. You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU and UK) to use it.

What TripMind is, and isn't

TripMind uses AI and third-party data to suggest flights, hotels, places and day plans. It doesn't sell or book travel. When you follow a link to an airline, hotel or booking site, any booking is between you and that business, under their terms.

Check before you book

Suggestions can be wrong or out of date. Prices, availability, schedules, opening hours and weather change, some prices are estimates (marked as such), and AI can make mistakes. Always confirm details with the provider before you book or travel. TripMind doesn't give visa, health, safety or legal advice.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep access to it secure: you're responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Plans and limits

TripMind has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Both have usage limits (such as trips per month and chat messages per hour), shown on the pricing page. When TripMind is at capacity it may pause some features for free accounts. We may change the free plan's limits or features at any time.

Pro subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Pro is a monthly subscription sold by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles payment, billing and sales tax under its own terms. Prices don't include tax: where sales tax or VAT applies, it's added at checkout. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage Subscription: you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Deleting your account cancels the subscription at once. Payments aren't refunded, except where the law requires or if you were charged in error. For billing questions, email support@tripmin.app.

We'll tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on your subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• scrape TripMind, access it with bots or scripts, or call its API outside the website;
• get around usage limits, including by creating extra accounts;
• disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or reverse engineer it to abuse it;
• use TripMind for anything illegal, or to generate harmful content;
• enter content you don't have the right to share.

Your content

What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our service providers, only to run TripMind for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our content

TripMind's software, design and name belong to us. Maps, photos and listings belong to their owners and are shown with attribution where required.

Third-party services

Parts of TripMind are provided by other companies. The 3D trip rehearsal uses Google Maps: by using it you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You can stop using TripMind and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

TripMind is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from travel decisions, bookings or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and point out significant changes on the site. Continuing to use TripMind after a change means you accept it.
